Denmark Western Australia has been a wine-making region for over 40 years, and has now expanded to a premier locaiton for local Distilleries. The process of distillation is the age-old process of turning the liquid into "spirits". Denmark has several boutique distilleries offering a diverse range of spirits distilled right here. Distilleries usually produce Vodka, Gin, Rum, Whiskey and Brandy.

Raintree Estate is 880 acres of sustainable farming and agribusiness and home to our Cannabis Botanical Distillery. We create the finest produce for our range of artisanal spirits, seltzers and ginger beer, so you can enjoy a little slice of Denmark and The Great Southern from anywhere in the world. The hemp used in our products is lovingly grown, then carefully crafted, entirely on Raintree, an idyllic acreage with rolling pasture hills and majestic Karri forests, bordered by William Bay National Park. The Dam, also on Raintree Estate, is our seasonally inspired restaurant, bar, and shop and is a striking venue, just 10km outside of Denmark. There you can indulge your senses with our signature cocktails created using our hemp distilled spirits, or taste our delicious Forest Fruits, Blood Orange & Citrus Zing Seltzers and Ginger Beer.
