Start with a behind-the-scenes tour of our Distillery on Raintree, followed by a hands-on cocktail-making experience in our private dining room where you'll learn to craft two of our signature sativa cocktails. And don't worry about getting peckish, as we'll provide shared nibbles such as warm Turkish bread & dip, and mushroom & truffle arancini (subject to seasonal menu changes). For an even more indulgent experience, opt for our Masterclass & Munch Package, which includes two courses of our favourite dishes served as a communal dining experience. Our Mixologist Masterclass is designed for groups of 8 to 15 people and includes all necessary equipment, ingredients, and notes. The commercial hemp used in our products is sustainably grown and crafted entirely on Raintree in Denmark, an idyllic acreage bordered by William Bay National Park. Within the relatively sheltered bay, small to medium surf offers students the waves they need when they are learning. Also a workable rip current which acts as our chairlift to get back out to the waves. Mike is an accredited instructor in surfing, and bases his ocean awareness on the twenty plus years teaching surfing at Ocean Beach and around the world. All of Mike’s surfing lessons include wet suit, soft surfboard, leg rope and a Qualified Surfing Instructor; everything you need to learn to surf safely! Group and Private Lessons available to cater for individuals, couples or smaller groups, school camps and corporate surfing experiences. Let experienced Fishing Guide John Taylor take you on an unforgettable journey on Denmark’s pristine Wilson Inlet and the river waterways. Whether you are an experienced fisherman or a first time novice John will cater for your fishing requirements aboard the "Iona V" a recently launched and custom-made Charter Vessel. There’s a heap of places to fish, a number of spots known only to Madfish Charters operator, John Taylor. Be indulged with personal attention during your fishing experience. Charters run for approximately 3.5 to 4 hours, and all fishing equipment is provided. 7 Days a week, ALL ages welcome, maximum of 5 passengers, plus skipper. Book ahead to avoid disappointment.
